When I receive a message I have no sound to a

You can turn on the notification sound in Settings --Sound --Advanced -- Default notification sound (it should NOT be None).
Also, you need to enable notification sound for messages. Open the Messages app, tap the menu key (3 vertical dorts on the top right; right to the search bar), tap Settings -- Notifications, make sure Show notification is on. Tap other notifications, make sure Alerting is on (not Silent).
Camera shutter button does not work on trying to take a photo, also SD Card is not available on screen when the camera App is running
