About Moto E6 Guides
Motorola announced 4 models of Moto E6 phones (Moto E6, Moto E6 Plus, Moto E6 Play, and Moto E6s 2020) from July 2019 to February 2020. So, many Moto E owners are confused Moto E6 with not only previous generations Moto E phones but also among the 4 Moto E6 phones.
Besides, all Moto E6 phones were released with Android Pie (Android 9), which is new for many Moto E owners.
So, we created a series of Moto E6 guides to help both seasoned and new Moto E users.

How do I stop the moronic Hallo Moto sound when I turn phone on
You can easily mute the Hello Moto sound in Settings -- Sound --Advanced --Power on sounds.
How do I activate/deactivate the recent items button? Not when I tap the square at the bottom on the screen, the app closes.
You cannot disable the recents (overview) button because it is part of the system navigation.
However, if you do not like the buttons, you can choose to use gestures. On Android 9, you can go to Settings -- System -- Gestures -- Swipe up on Home button. If your Moto E is running Android 10 or later, you have one more option of using Gesture navigation.
